Verification Process

Verification helps establish trust with NDIS participants. Verified providers receive a badge on their profile and are prioritized in search results.

Verification Steps

Step 1: Find Your Profile

Search for your organisation in the provider directory. If your organisation is NDIS registered, it should already have a basic listing created from NDIS public data.

Step 2: Claim Your Profile

Click the "Claim this profile" button on your organisation's listing page. You'll need to:

  • Create an account or log in
  • Confirm your association with the organisation
  • Provide a business email address

Step 3: Email Verification

We'll send a verification email to your business email address. This confirms you have access to official organisation communications.

Step 4: Verification Code

For additional security, you may be asked to enter a verification code that:

  • Was sent to your registered business address, or
  • Can be confirmed via your organisation's official phone number

Step 5: Review

A DSX coordinator will review your claim. This typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your claim is approved or if more information is needed.

Required Information

To complete verification, ensure you have:

  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • NDIS Registration Number (if applicable)
  • Business email address (matching your domain)
  • Authority to represent the organisation

Note: Sole traders can use their personal email if it matches their registered business details.

After Verification

Once verified, you can:

  • Edit your profile details
  • Update services and locations
  • View profile analytics
  • Respond to enquiries

Troubleshooting

Can't find your organisation?

If your organisation doesn't appear in the directory, contact us to have it added. You'll need to provide your NDIS registration details.

Verification taking too long?

Most claims are processed within 1-3 business days. If it's been longer, contact our support team.
