NDIS Price Guide 2025–26

Understanding NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits for your services.

Current version: NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) 2025–26, effective from 1 July 2025.

How NDIS Pricing Works

The NDIS sets maximum price limits for most supports through the Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL). These limits represent the maximum amount providers can charge — you can charge less, but not more.

Key Pricing Concepts

  • Price limits: Maximum amounts providers can charge for specific support items
  • Support categories: Services grouped by type (e.g., Core, Capital, Capacity Building)
  • Line items: Specific support types with individual price limits
  • Claiming codes: Alphanumeric codes used when claiming payment

Price Control Categories

  • Price controlled: Must not exceed the price limit (most supports)
  • Quotable: Price must be reasonable and agreed with participant
  • Not price controlled: Providers set their own prices (limited categories)

Current Price Limits by Support Category

Price limits vary by support type, time of delivery (standard hours, evenings, weekends, public holidays), and provider location. The official NDIS pricing document contains over 2,000 line items.

Important: We do not reproduce specific dollar amounts here as rates change annually. Always refer to the official NDIS pricing document for current rates.
