Classy Life Pty Ltd does not provide Support Coordination to participants for whom it delivers Supported Independent Living (SIL) or other direct supports. Classy Life also does not own or control the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider involved in this arrangement. Classy Life currently leases an SDA villa from an independent registered SDA provider and delivers high-intensity SIL supports to a participant residing at the property. We recognise that delivering SIL supports within an SDA dwelling may create an actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest. This is managed through the following safeguards:A written conflict-of-interest declaration and management arrangement is in place between the relevant parties. The participant, their representative and relevant stakeholders have been informed of the actual or potential conflict of interest, how it is managed, and the process for raising concerns. SDA accommodation and SIL support arrangements are kept separate. Separate agreements, responsibilities, records, invoices and funding claims are maintained for SDA/tenancy and SIL support delivery. The participant retains full choice and control over their SIL provider, SDA provider and other NDIS supports. Access to the accommodation is not conditional upon the participant receiving SIL or other supports from Classy Life.
