Are you accepting referrals for new clients? Do you have a waiting list for any services? If so, what is the approximate wait time?

Yes. We continue to grow our team as referrals come in. As the director I am able to build a case load if the existing team is at capacity then we recruit and I hand that case load over to the new person. The teams capacity fluctuates as new referrals settle into the NDIS rhythm and we also support many terminally ill participants so this creates some fluctuation in participant numbers often.
