General

What is DSX?

DSX (Disability Services Exchange) is a platform connecting NDIS participants with disability service providers across Australia. We host the largest directory of NDIS providers, making it easy to find and compare services.

Is DSX free to use?

Searching the provider directory is free for everyone. Providers can claim their profiles for free. Additional features like benchmarking and surveys are available to DSX members.

Who can use DSX?

Anyone can search the provider directory. NDIS participants, support coordinators, plan managers, family members, and service providers all use DSX.

For Participants

How do I find a provider?

Use the Provider Directory to search by location, service type, or provider name. You can filter results by verification status, age groups served, and more.

What does "verified" mean?

Verified providers have completed our verification process, confirming their identity and association with their organisation. This adds a layer of trust to their profile.

How do I contact a provider?

Each provider profile displays their contact information including phone, email, and address. Click on a provider card to view their full profile and contact details.

For Providers

How do I claim my profile?

Search for your organisation in the Provider Directory, then click "Claim this profile" on your listing. You'll need to verify your association with the organisation through email or documentation.

Why should I verify my profile?

Verification adds credibility to your listing, increases your visibility in search results, and allows you to edit your profile information.

How long does verification take?

Most verification requests are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your claim is approved or if additional information is needed.

Can I have multiple profiles?

Each organisation should have one profile. If your organisation has multiple locations, you can add them all to a single profile under service areas.

What are the benefits of membership?
